The building itself, the headquarter of a former old bank is absolutely gorgeous and I really appreciate that they kept the style and the design from those old times in the lobby, restaurant and bar. We also really enjoyed the Vault bar, it is worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel - the cocktails were expensive but special but the design of the bar is what makes the experience worth it (it is placed in the actual vault of the former bank). The spa, although it was rather small, was very clean and well equipped and the massages were also very good. The rooms were very tall, bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Location is great, in the city center, close to everything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very polite, the place looks amazing, the cocktails were great and the spa facilities were nice. Moreover, the location is great because there are great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Probably the most beautiful hotel in Bucharest. Stunning interior! The bar inside the hotel is also a must see!

The building is incredibly beautiful - an impressive bank built 1923 and sympathetically restored/remodelled. The staff are excellent - thoughtful and professional. Rooms have high ceilings and are sumptuously fitted. Just on the edge of the old town - close but quiet.

The hotel is stunning and decorated so wonderfully for the festive period. The Christmas tree is a delight. The entrance with the chandeliers is really something special. The breakfast was outstanding. I enjoyed the omelette station and also enjoyed ordering fresh hot waffles and fruit. The pastries and juice were fresh. The staff were courteous and helpful aside from check in experience.

The hotel is fabulous. The spa & the vault bar are so nice but what makes this hotel is the staff. The reception staff, management, cleaner’s and door staff were all so lovely. The rooms are really modern and the toiletries are the white company. The pool & spa area is outstanding. The location is perfect. I would not stay anywhere else if I visited Bucharest again. Couple of tips when visiting Bucharest. 1) Use Uber it is really reasonable. You can order a Uber from the airport & just cross the road into the carpark you will pay £15 compared to the £50 for a cab from the rank. 2) The traffic is bad so allow extra time for all journeys. 3) A visit to Therme is a must.

The hotel lobby is looking amazing. Rooms are not too big but have very high ceiling (4 m) The location if the hotel is excellent, supper close to everything. Check out at 12 which is great.
